Privacy Policy for Lulucat Flow

This Policy describes how GOODWRITE LIMITED processes personal data in connection with Lulucat Flow. It does not apply to any other Lulucat product or service; each product has its own privacy policy.

Lulucat Flow does not require an account. The app does not transmit recordings, project metadata, device names, recording settings or other user content to GOODWRITE LIMITED or to a server operated on its behalf. The app contains no developer-operated analytics, advertising, telemetry or third-party crash-reporting SDK.

Lulucat Flow uses Apple's StoreKit services when the app starts and while it is running to retrieve product information, verify the current purchase entitlement and receive transaction updates. These communications are made with Apple and are governed by Apple's privacy policy. The app may store the localized purchase price on the Mac so that it can display the most recently available price. Payment details are processed by Apple and are not provided to GOODWRITE LIMITED.

Recordings are stored locally on the user's Mac. The default location is ~/Movies/LulucatFlow/; the user may select another folder in Settings. Each project also contains a project.json manifest and an AGENTS.md file describing the project structure and file-naming rules. These files remain in the selected folder and are not uploaded to or accessed by GOODWRITE LIMITED. The user controls their retention and deletion through Finder, subject to any copies retained in the Trash or in backups.

Lulucat Flow may request Screen & System Audio Recording, Camera and Microphone access when the user enables a source that requires it. The Screen & System Audio Recording permission permits capture of screen content and audio played by the Mac, including audio from applications selected by the user. Each permission is used only to perform the recording requested by the user. A permission may be withdrawn at any time in System Settings › Privacy & Security. Withdrawal prevents future capture through that permission and does not delete existing files.

Apple may provide GOODWRITE LIMITED with aggregate App Store sales and usage information. If the user has enabled sharing with app developers in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements, Apple may also provide crash and diagnostic reports. This processing is controlled by Apple and by the user's Apple settings. Lulucat Flow does not operate its own crash-reporting service.

The Lulucat Flow product pages are hosted and protected by Cloudflare. When those pages are requested, Cloudflare processes the visitor's IP address, HTTP request metadata and security signals to deliver the pages, maintain availability and prevent abuse. The legal basis is GOODWRITE LIMITED's legitimate interest in operating and securing the Flow product pages. This information is retained only as long as necessary to provide and protect the service or to comply with legal obligations. Cloudflare may process information internationally using the contractual and legal safeguards described in its data-processing terms. GOODWRITE LIMITED does not use this information for advertising or behavioural analytics.

The Flow product pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a language preference in local storage and a session marker that prevents repeated browser-language redirects. The language preference remains until it is changed or the site's stored data is cleared; the session marker is removed when the browser session ends. Neither value is used to identify a visitor, measure behaviour or track activity across websites. Cloudflare may use storage that is strictly necessary to provide security features.

If a user contacts Flow support, GOODWRITE LIMITED receives the sender's email address and the information included in the message, including any attachment the sender chooses to provide. This information is used only to respond to and resolve the support request and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or to comply with legal obligations. Users should not send recordings unless doing so is necessary for the request and they choose to provide them.

GOODWRITE LIMITED is the controller of the website and support information described in this Policy. Depending on applicable law, a person may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal data, or may object to its processing, by contacting support@lulucat.ai. A person may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. GOODWRITE LIMITED does not use personal data for automated decision-making, does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Lulucat Flow and its product pages are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. GOODWRITE LIMITED does not knowingly collect personal data from a child. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal data in a support communication, the parent or guardian may contact support@lulucat.ai to request its deletion.

A revised Policy will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects the processing of personal data, GOODWRITE LIMITED will provide a prominent notice before the change takes effect where required by law.
